• Assembly and alignment of wall-mounted furniture units.
• Countertop cutting to the desired size.
• Cutting the sink opening in wooden countertops.
• Assembly and installation of cabinet units.

Services are offered as local services for apartments and private residences.

2. Client Rights and Obligations

The Client is obliged to:

• Provide correct and final measurements for countertop cutting before work begins.
• Ensure free and safe access to the workspace (the kitchen) during the established time slot.
• Be present or designate an authorized person to confirm the work details.

The Client has the right to:

• A clear and detailed quote before confirming the order.
• Refuse the execution of the work if it does not match the quote or the communicated quality standards.
• Request minor adjustments during the kitchen furniture assembly process, within the limits of technical feasibility.

3. Provider Rights and Obligations

DivinaCocina.com is obliged to:

• Perform cabinet installation and cutting services with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Use appropriate tools and equipment for the specific tasks (e.g., tools for cutting countertops).
• Respect the established deadlines and announce any major delay caused by us.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area and remove waste (e.g., sawdust) resulting from the cutting process.

DivinaCocina.com reserves the right to:

• Refuse an order if the space or conditions pose a danger to the team's safety.
• Slightly reschedule in case of force majeure (e.g., extreme weather conditions affecting transport).
• Invoice additional costs for significant changes requested by the client after work has begun.

4. Limitation of Liability

The company is not liable for damages caused to the client's existing materials (countertops, cabinets) if they have hidden or structural defects unknown at the time of assembly. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided for that specific job. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
